You will be captivated from the moment you enter Arcadia, a place of unmatched beauty, unspoiled nature, and immense charm. From your first steps into the sunny great room to your explorations of the lush green yard, you will find yourself awash with excitement at the adventures to come. Grill out on the back deck while the kids run, crazy and free, along the level lot, racing to the lake and back with their friends. Designed and equipped with every comfort and amenity in mind, Arcadia is the perfect Deep Creek vacation retreat. In the summer, bask in the delight of the private dock. And in the winter, take a quick walk over to chair lift #5 for a thrilling day at the Wisp Resort.

Neighborhood info

Marsh Hill Road borders one side of McHenry Cove at Deep Creek Lake while Deep Creek Drive borders the other side. This northern end of the lake is known for Wisp Resort and is located near many great attractions in McHenry. All of the homes along Marsh Hill Road offer lake access and lake front views so in the winter you can enjoy the excitement of Wisp Resort and in the summer, you can spend some quality time out on the lake. There are many boat rental businesses located throughout McHenry Cove, so if your home offers a dock slip, you can easily stop by to rent a boat. Many places offer kayak and paddleboard rentals too!
