This diminutive hidden gem is a classy getaway tucked just off Main Street on a beautiful, garden-side courtyard. Amenities include luxurious bedding, a large in-suite clawfoot tub, plush bathrobes, Nespresso, Netflix, WIFI, air conditioning, and an exterior fire pit. Just a few steps from the stores and restaurants on Cleveland Street, and only 10 minutes by car from Santee State Park, Lake Marion, and three golf courses; Santee National, Santee Cooper, and the Lake Marion course.

The Archaic Outhouse is situated on Cleveland St. the main street of the tiny town of Elloree, South Carolina. Lined with historic buildings, this charming street rewards a short stroll. Elloree is a town in renaissance, where new businesses and restaurants are steadily opening. Today, you can visit Archaic—our curated shop of vintage furnishings, art, and objects of beauty—along with a few other antique and vintage shops, restaurants, and an unexpectedly well-appointed and educational museum. Elloree is a small town with an unexpectedly large number of parking spaces… it’s an unexplained phenomenon that makes it easy to park in front of the building on Cleveland street. If you’re towing a boat or there’s an event causing street closure, then you simply park behind the building in our ginormous parking lot.
