ArtSea2 Vacation Home is a newly renovated, 2 bedroom clean and functional second floor unit in the middle of Bradenton’s Village of the Arts … an artistic, colorful neighborhood full of fun, unique shops, art studios & cafes! Also, just a few blocks away is one of the largest “family friendly” breweries in Florida alongside LECOM baseball field winter home Pittsburg Pirates. Beautiful beaches like Cortez Beach, Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Keys are within driving distance.

The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community, home to galleries, studios, restaurants, bakeries, specialty shops and healing art centers housed in colorfully restored 1920s & 1930s historic cottages. LECOM Park baseball field (spring training home of the Pittsburgh Pirates) is a block away, and downtown Bradenton and the Riverwalk, are within easy walking distance. Pristine Beaches, Airport and other attractions are within short driving distance. The numerous roads and highways in the area make it very easy to get around within Bradenton or to get to other nearby destinations such as Anna Maria Island or cities across the water. Ample parking available on the premises.
