Enjoy this spacious three-bedroom home just steps from Como Lake in Saint Paul. Aspen Apartment features an updated kitchen with a cozy bistro nook, a large dining room, a comfortable living room, a full bathroom, and three welcoming bedrooms with queen and king beds. It’s a great space for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together. Aspen is part of Woodland Hollow, a small cluster of homes on this quiet private cul-de-sac that we host and manage ourselves to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests. Located directly across from the walking and biking paths around Como Lake, Aspen is minutes from Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and beautiful Como Regional Park. You'll also have convenient access to Allianz Field, the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital, and both Downtown Saint Paul and Downtown Minneapolis. Relax in the living room overlooking the charming cul-de-sac, stream your favorite shows after a day exploring the city, or gather with your group in the dining room for a shared meal. Outside, enjoy the large front porch with seating for your group, or unwind in the spacious backyard with Adirondack chairs and room to relax outdoors. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home, and public transportation and bike paths are just steps away. Need additional space for a larger group? The fine print

Must-know information for guests at this property

You are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided to you upon booking, as well provide us with a photo of your government-issued ID (driver license, state ID or passport), and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit).

These requirements must be completed within 3 days of booking. However, if you book within 24 hours of arrival (including same-day reservations), they must be completed within 1 hour of booking and before arrival. Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be canceled.

For reservations that do not facilitate host-initiated cancelation, your reservation will remain active and you will not be allowed access to the property, nor will any refund be given. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
