Best kept secret in Connecticut! Welcome to this quiet 96-acre retreat . Built in 1710, this is the oldest, authentically-restored home in the area. The spacious Manor has five fireplaces, original hardware, hand-hewn woodwork, wide floorboards and raw timber beams. Come emerse yourself in nature and enjoy the abundant hiking/ATV trails, a spring-fed pond, babbling Gardner Brooke, tree-swings, and so much more!
We will allow you your privacy, but are always happy to help.
3 minutes to Gardner Lake- boating, fishing, kayaking 15 minutes to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos - restaurants, comedy club, events, and more 20 minutes to East Haddam Town Beach 35 minutes to Ocean Beach Beach and Boardwalk
