BnB Zia Gianna is our newly renovated historic house built in 1899 located in the beatiful Victorian district, a few blocks from the South side of Forsyth Park, and about 1 mile from the Savannah River Street: a nice 25 minute walk (5 minute drive). BnB Zia Gianna is a classic BnB that combines the luxury of a hotel stay with the hominess of a Bed and Breakfast! We offer two guestrooms and the chance to meet other people, in a friendly and homey atmosphere. The house is shared with us (the hosts) and the other guests: the living room, the dining room with our communal table, the front and the back porches, and the backyard with our hot tub are all shared spaces for our guests' enjoyment. We offer two guestrooms: Bruno's room has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Nancy's Room has also a queen size bed and the private bathroom with a bathtub is in the hallway. We offer a delicious breakfast lovingly prepared by Chef Nino every morning! We also offer daily housekeeping service, luxury linens, and fresh towels throughout your stay. Your evening will end with a restful night’s sleep on our comfy beds. We also have a brand new hot tub in our fenced backyard for our guests enjoyment. Check-in after 3pm | Check-out 11pm Please upon booking your room, let us know your tentative arrival time so that we can open the door for you and welcome you at the BnB. If you arrive after 9pm, please let us know and we will be happy to send the self-check-in instructions. Looking forward to hosting you while you enjoy the beautiful Savannah!

Savannah is perfect to either walk, bike or drive (easy to park). We are located in the Southeast side of the Victorian District just 5 minute walk from Forsyth Park. Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe to walk around and being not too close to the "tourist crowd" is the perfect area to relax while you are in Savannah. We are only 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from River Street and all the major attractions. Nearby you will be able to find the restaurants where the locals go.
