This is brand new home built by Lennar with all facilities you may need including water softener and RO drinking water plus morning hot coffee. The home has in-law unit with one bedroom and independence utility and kitchen. It can be rent separately. TV you can sign in with your google, youtube account to watch news and movies.
Please shut the garage door if you go out regardless there are people still inside villa. Since there are two villas in the unit, you cannot leave the garage door open when there is no car park inside. Please text Villa management before you leave.
The neighborhood is quiet and close all shopping centers, also some new home if you want to look around or purchase one while you are here.
