WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? 2BR, 2 BATH. LARGER THAN MOST...SPREAD OUT 500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and Josephine’s for Breakfast and Lunch or Whataburger for a quick bite.

Neighborhood info

The commerce of the island is approximately 5 miles long and 1/2 mile wide. There is FREE bus service on the island called the Island Metro. Bus stops are conveniently located.
