The living area features a large wall-mounted TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and sliding door access to the patio. Adjacent to the living room is an indoor dining area and a kitchen bar with high-top seating, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances and essentials needed to prepare your favorite meals. Just bring the ingredients and enjoy cooking together. Outside, the patio and grill make it easy to enjoy an afternoon barbecue or dinner in the coastal air. The bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with premium linens to help ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Additional amenities include one narrow garage parking space, a shared washer and dryer located in the garage (shared with the upper-level unit), and complimentary WiFi. Things to Know PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. 3-night minimum stay. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Exterior security cameras are in place to comply with local city noise ordinances. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is best suited for guests who will be respectful of neighbors. Parties, excessive noise, and occupancy violations are not permitted. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
