The place was very clean and spacious. We loved having the little outdoor area as well. The provided breakfast was a nice touch and the host was super responsive. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent stay as always. Great atmosphere. I loved the fenced yard area. I almost do not want to recommend too much because I would hate for this place to be booked the next time I come to town! LOL! In all seriousness the location is close...

Born and raised in Texas, I moved to Austin for college and met my husband, Robert. While Robert worked at Dell Computers, I started a preschool and raised our three sons in the fastest growing city in America. Vacations, however, were spent in Arkansas with family enjoying everything The Natural State had to offer. When two of our boys decided to attend college in Fayetteville, Arkansas, my husband and I decided to make the move to our second home, Little Rock. We bought the Rosemont Cottages on South Arch St and began our new life as Arkansans! After 25 years of caring for children and families, it was an easy transition to hospitality. Creating beautiful, inviting spaces for guests is one of the most satisfying parts of my new job. Maintaining 4 separate homes makes this pursuit a challenging, full-time job. I love it!
