Very charming place with wonderful service. We showed up early and Maria offered us an early check-in. Walkable to downtown state street (it’s a long walk but lots of shuttles as well!)

Location was a healthy walk to main area. More than I would have done in the heat wave.

The breakfast menu was very classy and substantial (and included). Each day was a different entree for example homemade blintz, frittata, soufflé, perfectly baked. At 4 pm there is tea in the front room with homemade desserts like butter brownies,...

This was our second time there in the same room, the balcony room. It’s very small but cozy. We’d like to try some of the other rooms. Also, they included breakfast was very good.

This was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast, as soon as I arrived in the property I felt inside a movie, so much personality!! So aesthetic and vintage looking, the true B&B vibes, there is even a wall full of VSH tapes for you to watch....

Charming B&B in a convenient location. Our room was on the top floor and we loved our room. Small but everything we needed. Waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee and breakfast was the start of every day. Freshly baked sweets were always...

Santa Barbara is home to a number of lovely Victorian houses and the Bath Street Inn is one. Recognized as a Structure of Merit by the City of Santa Barbara, the inn has retained a number of the original features that make it a comfortable and gracious living space.
The Bath Street Inn is located in an old neighborhood of Santa Barbara known for its Victorian homes and Craftsman Cottages. We are on a quiet residential block, about a 12 minute walk from the Granada, New Vic and Arlington Theatres and the beginning of the restaurant district of the historic downtown. This makes it a perfect location for guests who want to attend the Santa Barbara International Film Festival or our many concerts and lectures. Alice Keck Park Memorial Gardens is a specimen park and great for gardeners and it, like Kids World, is also within walking distance. The many summer festivals which attract hundreds of visitors, are held in nearby Oak Park, which is just a 30 minute walk.
