This cozy and well-appointed space is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and extended stays. The apartment features a full kitchen, king bed, comfortable living room, in-unit laundry, and a full bathroom, providing everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. Bayberry is part of Woodland Hollow, a small cluster of homes on this quiet private cul-de-sac that we host and manage ourselves to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests. Located directly across from the walking and biking paths around Como Lake, the apartment is minutes from Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and Como Regional Park. You will also have convenient access to Allianz Field, the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital, and both Downtown Saint Paul and Downtown Minneapolis. The apartment also includes a private deck overlooking the shared backyard with fire pit and shared grill, creating a great space to relax outdoors after a day exploring the city. The property sits along an active train line, which can be seen from the deck. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home and in the alley behind the property. You are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided to you upon booking, as well provide us with a photo of your government-issued ID (driver license, state ID or passport), and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit). These requirements must be completed within 3 days of booking. However, if you book within 24 hours of arrival (including same-day reservations), they must be completed within 1 hour of booking and before arrival. Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be canceled. For reservations that do not facilitate host-initiated cancelation, your reservation will remain active and you will not be allowed access to the property, nor will any refund be given. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.
