Policy for all Pets without Certified Service Animal Paperwork (non-CSA): Non-CSA pets are permitted in select rooms only. A $50 fee is charged per pet per night. All non-CSA pets must be leashed at all times and are not permitted in the clubhouse nor within the gates of the pool. Anyone who is found violating this policy may be asked to leave with the rest of their stay canceled without a refund. Bayview resort reserves the right to terminate any reservation with a non-CSA pet if the hotel personnel deems the pet to be a danger or nuisance to its employees or guests.Unauthorized Pets: Guests found with unauthorized pets may be charged up to $250 per night per pet at the discretion of hotel personnel.
