Near vibrant Beach and downtown Hollywood, lots of int. restaurants. Boardwalk offers variety of restaurants with ocean views or the canal. Minutes away from Hollywood/fort Lauderdale int. airport and Port Everglades. also very close Aventura mall, Hard Rock Cafe & Casino . Hollywood is beautiful small coastal city right between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Pet friendly. Fully fenced. Golf park nearby. Boat rides and kayaking nearby. Carport available for parking. Property parks 3 cars.

Neighborhood is safe and quiet but very close to Downtown Hollywood and Hollywood Beach. Also close to Fort Lauderdale and Aventura.
