Fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, everything needed in your home away from home. The dining table seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating. Washer and dryer are located inside the unit. Living area has a sofa sleeper. Primary bedroom features a king-size bed. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk. Clubhouse Amenities (Optional): Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.
