Welcome to Beach Daze! Located in historic Laguna Beach, FL. This cottage was designed for a soothing vacation setting in coastal blue-grey swept interiors and tasteful accents of nautical décor. A newly constructed home, it boasts all the modern features, including black stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, two large master bedrooms with king beds, a bunk room with a desk for work on the go, and two full bathrooms, along with an open concept dining, living, and kitchen area. A side patio offers a Weber charcoal grill and relaxing Adirondack-style seating to view the fiery sunsets. *Garage is not for guest use, it is owner's storage. **Please note unit is close to the beach, not beachfront, both are categorized on booking as the same. In Laguna Beach, there are no buildings on the water the homeowners own this span of beach, so, therefore, the Laguna Beach Estates is considered a beachfront community. Free public parking is available by car or golf cart, it is first come first serve.

Laguna Beach is a beachside community with a 2-mile span of dedicated beach belonging to the homeowners that will never be developed. A collection of full-time residents and vacation cottages guests are sure to be greeted with a smile and wave from a local passerby. Not only do guests of the community have access to the beaches of Laguna but they are welcome to bring or rent, bikes or golf carts, for a more leisurely mode of transport during their stay.
