You'll only be 400 yards from taking a dip in the Gulf of Mexico's warm, emerald waters. Enjoy incredible waterfront views from both private decks. When you're ready to get active, fish off the private dock with direct access to Little Lagoon. Bring your watercraft to launch on the water or rent a kayak or paddleboard, just steps away from the house. This charming three-bedroom has plenty of space for your group to spread out and even boasts a sunroom. The roomy living area is a great place to relax after spending the day at the beach or shopping downtown. It features a TV with cable for entertaining evenings at home, as do all the bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances and cookware, so cooking will be a breeze once you stock the fridge. THINGS TO KNOW There is a queen-size sofa bed in the living area. One flight of stairs is required to enter this home.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
