Originally an Adirondack Park native I reside with my family on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida. I have been an Air B host for several years and strive to keep it simple for guests and myself. My husband and I manage all our own places in FL as this is our third hospitality company on the Gulf Coast, Gulf Coast Getaways. We look forward to hosting and giving all guests a great vacation! Welcome to Beach Haven! A new modern beach house in the Laguna Beach community of Panama City Beach. All the comforts of home and just 1 block to the sandy shore. Laguna Beach is prized for its undeveloped beaches, convenient local grocery store, and Thomas; Donuts all within walking distance. Just minutes to Pier Park Shopping center and Highway 30a. **Please note unit is close to the beach, not beachfront, both are categorized on booking as the same. In Laguna Beach, there are no buildings on the water the homeowners own this span of beach, so, therefore, the Laguna Beach Estates is considered a beachfront community. Free public parking is available by car or golf cart, it is first come first serve.

Laguna Beach is golf cart friendly, either bring yours or rent one locally. otherwise, it is advised to have a vehicle for getting around.
