Contemporary newly remodeled home located right across the beach. Beautiful views of the beach and the famous Pier from every floor! Enjoy spectacular sunrise and sunset views from 3rd and 4th rooftop decks, where you can pamper yourself with 4 massage jets in the brand new Bullfrog Jacuzzi, relax by the fire pit, or cook up a delicious meal with the built-in BBQ. A short walk to Main St, the Pier, Pacific City Mall, restaurants and shopping.
We are on the corner of 7th Street and Pacific Coast Highway, next to 7-Eleven. Cross the street to the beach. Short walking distance to the famous HB Pier, kid’s playground, the outdoor Pacific City Mall restaurants and shops, and Main Street with more restaurants and shopping. The area is full of surfers and locals who enjoy the outdoors. Biking, driving or just walking as this home is located in the heart of downtown Huntington Beach.
