Our condo, AR307, has a closeup panoramic view of the beach and ocean. You can see, hear and feel the ocean 24/7. Sunrises from the balcony are spectacular. We try to provide a comfortable, healthy, convenient, inviting and affordable vacation home for a couple or a small family. The capacity is four adults and two children. But with 540 sq ft and one bathroom, please plan accordingly. For comfort, we furnished our condo with a comfortable queen bed, queen sofa bed, bunk bed, air mattress, chairs and recliner. For a healthy environment, we keep our place very clean; we control the humidity with air conditioning and a dehumidifier; eliminate viruses/bacteria with an ozonizer; and cleans the air continuously with an air purifier. For the convenience of our guests, we equipped our condo with beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, sunsail, beach cart and all the necessities of daily living. For an inviting environment, we decorated our condo tastefully with a beach theme and a lighthouse display. For affordability, we have kept the same pricing since 2021. As long as our guests keep returning and taking great care of our place, we resist passing the higher costs to our guests. I am a retired college professor and my wife is a retired R.N. and hospital case manager. We live in Virginia and going to the beach is an important family tradition. Our son, a physician and our daughter, a flight attendant grew up with fond memories of our family vacations at the beach especially those at Hilton Head Island. Our condo is inside the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. The resort has two pools, one in front of Ocean Villa B and the other at Admiral's Row. The resort has four private beach accesses. Two are at Admiral's Row. The resort has on-site restaurants and a beach bar/ice cream stand next to the main pool. The resort has BBQ picnic areas, play grounds, tennis, pickle ball courts, basketball, beach volley ball, catch and release pond, fitness center, and on-site bike rental. The resort caters to weddings and special events. Guests access is 24/7 through the manned guardhouse.
