With its streamlined decor and wonderful access to the ocean beach, Beachcomber's Paradise is an ideal home base for your next family vacation to Pacific City. Built in 2005, this Oregon Coast home features plentiful windows that create a bright living area, a see-through gas fireplace, and a kitchen well-equipped with stainless steel appliances. After a fun-filled day on the beach, you can come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the sun on the secluded back deck. This beautiful home is perfectly located just up the road from a beach access point, allowing you to easily search for seashells, fly kites, and stroll along the ocean shoreline at sunset. Make sure you spend at least one afternoon exploring the dunes and sandstone cliffs of Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area (one mile north), then stop at Pelican Brewing on your way back home to enjoy a beachfront dinner and a few local brews. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
