Welcome to our Residence at beautiful resort in picturesque Hollywood Beach, FL! Perched on the 29th floor, this residence offers a spacious balcony where you can take in stunning views of breathtaking sunrises, serene sunsets, and the sparkling ocean. During your stay, we invite you to enjoy the resort’s fantastic amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym and a luxurious infinity pool. We also encourage you to explore the nearby Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which exudes the charm of a quaint seaside resort town. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF YOUR STAY: During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly via credit/debit card ONLY. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): 1. The resort fee is USD40+tax/night (per all group of guests!) 2. Resort will place hold on USD250.00 as security deposit from the credit card (only under guest's name) 3. Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee. 4. Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited. Beach service is located about 10 min walking North along the beach from the building. 5. Valet parking fees (charged by parking attendant): USD35.00 + tax/per night, better rates available for long stay. 6. Package Pickup Fees: * 8 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Sun): USD 5.50 * After Hours: US27.50 Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of USD500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

Neighborhood info

Hollywood Beach is a great town that sits squarely between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offering the best of each city only minutes away in a car. The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru which sits right on the Beach next to the building beach service area. This property is located in the upscale neighborhood of Hallandale just steps from the beach and minutes from the Aventura Mall and the restaurants in Sunny Isles Beach.
