It's all about the Location...How close is BeachPoint to Siesta Beach? Beach Access 3B is just 62 feet from our front door across a quiet back street. We are right by the beautiful white sand of our world class Siesta Beach. BeachPoint Cottages is so close to 5 different beach access points that you wouldn’t even consider using a car or even a bike! Beach Access 3B is just 62 feet from our front door across a rarely traveled road Beach Access 3 is only 466 feet down the street where you will see lots of bikes and pedestrians (and virtually no cars) Beach Access 2 (where locals love to hang out for sunset) is approximately 0.2 of a mile (if you’re doing the math – that’s just over 1000 feet) Public beach access points 4 and 5 are 381′ and 0.2 mile respectively

Our charming beach vacation cottages are perfectly set just a few steps from the warm turquoise waters of the gulf and our pure white sand. And our beach location is in one of the most desirable areas on the key. No traffic, no searching for a parking space, no crowds...just a flip-flop walk about 100 yards from your door to the beach! Rated 9.5 for walking by Booking guests! Siesta Village is a very easy walk from our cottages. Enjoy the most amazing sunset viewing location on the key as you take a leisurely stroll to the village for entertainment and food. BeachPoint offers the perfect Florida beach vacation destination, with numerous free amenities to help you make great vacation memories. And selected cottages are dog friendly! Well behaved, 30 lbs or less dogs may be approved. But your canine companion must be registered with us and approved prior to arrival. There are breed restrictions and a 20 dollar nightly cleaning fee when a dog travels with you. Contact us directly to determine if a dog friendly cottage is available.

We are not only located on the best and most private part of Siesta Beach, but we are also just a 2-3 minute walk into Siesta Village. In our classic little beach town, you can enjoy a variety of locally owned restaurants, fun tropical bars, hear live music, enjoy boutique shopping and stroll down streets with a cool island vibe.
