Located in a quiet four-unit building on a dead-end street, this second-story retreat offers lake views, walkable waterfront access, and a relaxed setting for couples, families, or remote work stays. The condo sits right by the water with shared beach access, plus a grassy backyard and nearby playground. Inside, the living area is designed for downtime with comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and a 65” HDTV with Roku. Heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans provide comfort in every season. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door make working remotely easy. Sleeping arrangements One bedroom features a king bed, while the second includes a bunk bed with a trundle. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with essentials provided. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are included. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to cozy dinners, with coffee options and a dining table for shared meals or planning the day. Outdoor setting Enjoy private balconies with outdoor seating, shared beach access via a nearby path or dock, and open green space just behind the building. Access & parking Guests enter through a shared building entrance with keypad self check-in. A small set of stairs leads into the building, plus an interior staircase to the second floor. One off-street parking space is provided, with additional street parking and possible seasonal garage availability. No smoking or pets allowed. Early check-in or late checkout may be accommodated when possible. A main-level condo is also available in the same building. A rental agreement and refundable security deposit are required after booking.
