Property info

The is a private 2nd flr condo at the beautiful white sand beaches of St Pete Beach. Its Beautifully manicured and sits directly in front of the beach access. The property offers a year-round heated pool, free onsite parking, a full laundry room, grills, and shuffleboard courts. The area is covered in restaurants and shops all within walking distance from the condo.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is super walkable and safe and if you want to go sightseeing to other beaches like Clearwater or Johns Pass Pier just hop aboard the trolley, it comes every 15 minutes.
