1869 Beachside Tennis is a 2nd floor, two bedroom, two bathroom villa located in the Beachside Tennis Hilton Head Villa complex in the trendy South Beach section of Sea Pines Plantation. The adjoining living room features sofa and three comfortable chairs, a flat screen TV and DVD player, and two walls of windows with two slider doors opening to a wraparound balcony. The dining area has a table with seating for six with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Just off the entry is the kitchen with new granite countertops, all full-size appliances, new cabinetry and a dining/serving counter, which is open to the dining/living room and provides the cook with a view of the water. Off the living room is a spacious bedroom with two queen beds and full bath overlooking the pool and the ocean. The bathroom is nicely updated with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. To the right of the entry is the master bedroom with a king bed that is beautifully furnished with a large armoire and TV/DVD, an updated private bath, and a slider door to a private covered balcony with a water views.
