They moved from Farmington, Utah to Garden City to pursue their dream and career in tourism and hospitality. Bear Lake Bungalow Bear Lake Bungalow is a beautiful 5-bedroom home in Lochwood. This home has a private hot tub, as well as access to the community pool, hot tub, club house and playground just across the street.  It is walking distance to the Utah State Marina, Mikes Market, shops, restaurants and the bike path.  It has an open kitchen, dining and family room area.  Enjoy the walk out patio to the hot tub, seating area, and even raspberry plants each evening or for your morning breakfast.   Each bedroom has a TVs with smart casting and comfortable beds.  It has a large cement pad for extra parking of trailers and boats and access to the garage. Bring your family and friends to this darling home this summer! Sorry no pets allowed. Living area: Large spacious kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, built in seating for the dining table, and open to the family room, fireplace and TV. The Family room has plenty of seating with walk out to the back patio.  2nd family room in the basement with TV and smart casting, games and murphy bed. Sleeping arrangements and Bathrooms: Sleeps 14 in beds Main Level: Main Bedroom: King Bed Main en-suite bathroom with shower 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed Bed2nd bathroom with shower and Washer and Dryer Basement: 3rd Bedroom: King Bed 3rd Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower and Tub combo 4th: Bedroom: Queen Bed 5th Bedroom: Queen Bed and Twin Bunk bed Things to know: Free Wi-Fi No pets allowed.
