There are three levels to the home. Level one: -Primary bedroom: King bed -Full bathroom with shower/tub combo Level two: -Kitchen -Living room -Back balcony access -Laundry closet access Level three: -Upper loft with King bed -Half bathroom ***The home does have central heating for winter months. We do NOT have central air conditioning for the summer. We do provide a portable air conditioner in the living room **If you choose to bring a pet, there is a pet fee associated with your stay, and we have an "all four on the floor" policy. This means the dog is allowed in the home as long as it stays off all beds and furniture.
