With top-notch amenities such as a private balcony, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer, you are set to have a comfortable and stress-free vacation in Chapel Hill. Walking distance from downtown Chapel Hill and Franklin St, you have endless options to enjoy the beautiful town of Chapel Hill. As you walk into your new home you will find a spacious living room and kitchen where you can spend time with friends and family -- whether you want to relax on the couch watching TV or enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the deck next to the fire pit. You will find two bedrooms where you will sleep on two queen beds along with a full bathroom This is Unit B of a duplex. The entrance to the home will be around the back of the home. You will see two doors and yours will be the one on the left.

There are many stores, restaurants and bars on Franklin street within walking distance. This very safe historic street is considered the center of social life for UNC Chapel Hill. It is home to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, museums, music stores, and bars along with festivities and nightlife.
