Company info

We are a company dedicated to short term rentals at the beach. We have several units all in this same building called The Tides. You will have our permanent assistance throughout your stay so that you can spend a comfortable vacation full of good times.

Property info

This 807 sq. ft. unit has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and is located on a 15th floor. The apartment also has a big living room, dining room, a full kitchen (with all appliances) and a very nice balcony. Perfect to accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults max.), there are two queen-size beds; a crib and an air mattress are available, if needed. There is also plenty of room for luggage and more. The condo has all you need to spend a great vacation. Need more? The building has a large pool from where you can have direct access to the quiet beaches (you don't even have to cross the street to lay down on the sand!). You can also enjoy the gym and walk around the gardens. Laundry facilities are located on each floor, and there's also a mini-market where you can get a variety of cold and hot foods and drinks. They also delivered food to the apartment or to the pool, super convenient! The building is ON the beach! That being said, you're minutes away to many excellent restaurants, supermarkets and so much more. The well-known and posh Aventura Mall is the closest shopping location.

Neighborhood info

Hollywood is a city located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Beautiful beaches characterize it. The commercial area is very large with very good gastronomic proposals, shows and shopping in general. Hollywood is a very good accommodation option to explore and enjoy all the attractions of South Florida.
