Beautiful 1-bedroom condo steps away from the beach! Perfect for a getaway or workation. Two large, shared patios with breathtaking views of the beach, marina, and the Queen Mary. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants including Shoreline Village, Pine Street, Downtown Long Beach, and more (events such as Grand Prix, music festivals, etc.). Access to miles of beach where you can lounge, sunbath, go for a walk/run, and nearby water activities. Please note that the unit is located inside of a 1950s condominium property. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and you must use stairs to access. There are stairs from the property down to the beach. There is only street parking which can be hard to find during late afternoon/evening hours. Welcome to the LBC (Long Beach City)!
We truly love sharing our beachside condo with guests to enjoy the beautiful area with so much to do!
The location is walkable or an easy Uber/Lyft ride. You'll also find many rentable scooters up and down the streets. Street parking is free however difficult to find most of the time and we do not have a designated spot.
