This is a beautiful house in the growing area of Sandy UT. Very rare huge backyard with .57 acres. Amazing views of the Wasatch Mountains and the city on the other side. Can't get any better than this.
I'm a super experienced Airbnb host who's hosted over 200 stays since 2022. I love hosting people and understand that the guest comfort is the #1 priority!! Excited to host you guys!
Location: ~ 15 mins from the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon which house Alta Ski Resort and Snowbird Ski Resort ~ 5-10 mins from endless restaurants, entertainment, outdoor recreation, shopping, etc ~ 2 min walk from the TRAX (train) station that will take you all over Salt Lake, Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, the University of Utah, West Valley, even to the airport ~ 30 mins from Park City (where part of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games were held) ~ 3 mins from IMAX movie theater ~ 5 mins Rio Tinto Stadium, home of the Major League Soccer club Real Salt Lake and Real Monarchs SLC and also hosts a variety of concerts and sporting events ~ 5 mins from the Hale Centre Theatre at the Mountain American Performing Arts Centre (#1 spot in town when it comes to live theater) & Sandy Amphitheater ~ 5-10 mins from endless hiking spots (Sandy has more than 30 parks - Dimple Dell Regional Nature Park is one of my favorites - super close while still being very engulfed in nature. Flat Iron Mesa Park is the largest in Sandy - complete with 6 soccer fields, 2 baseball fields, a volleyball court, 2 playgrounds, 4 tennis courts, etc ~ 10-15 mins from the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium
