About this space Enjoy the fresh mountain air at our cabin in the high Sierras situated at 7200 feet. There are walkable roads all through the picturesque community of Ponderosa. There is hiking, fishing and swimming. In the winter we furnish sleds for playing in the snow. There is a game room with pool, air hockey and ping pong. The space The main floor consists of two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and a wood burning firewood stove that keeps the whole upstairs nice and toasty. We have a comfortable pull out sleepercouch in the living room, and there is a balcony along the side of the house. From the main floor, there is a spiral staircase that goes down to a utility room next to which is a small game room and laundry. The kitchen is modern with every utensil and pots/pans that we can think of. We have some general spices, salt and pepper and basic cooking ingredients stalked in the cupboards. There is the choice of Drip coffee pot, French Press and Keurig machine with cups. We are located near the trail of 100 Giants, Dome Rock (amazing 360 degree views), the Needles Lookout, Summit Trail, and a variety of other hikes and river access.
