The upper level is for guests with private entrance, while the basement apartment is occupied by owner. We do not share any space or entrance.
Conveniently close to Costco, Walmart, Smith's, and local malls. Just a 30-minute drive to Provo, Salt Lake City, Cottonwood Heights Canyon, and Provo Canyon.
