- Smoking - No smoking - Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). - Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings. - Minimum Age - Must be at least 21 years old to book - Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for an additional fee per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.) - Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces - Parking Access - Garage is not available to guests. - Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory. - Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay. - Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself. - Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
