Included in every stay is unlimited breakfast service from 8AM-10AM, a perfectly crafted afternoon tea paired with a variety of treats and hors d’oeuvres from 3PM-5PM, and an evening champagne toast to celebrate each day starting at 6PM to open the bar. Bellwether House is 21+ only.

Bellwether is a luxury, 21+ only, hotel house in an 1876 bed and breakfast. It boasts the longest contiguous front porch in the city, providing ample room to lounge in the shade of our warm southern climate and people-watch with a cup of coffee or tea until your heart is content. Our best rooms offer rare and charming “waltz out” windows allowing you to exit the room straight to the patio or front balcony, bringing the beauty of the city into your room. Sitting just 1 block from Forsyth Park, in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to the heart of the city, that beauty becomes. Bellwether House is 21+ only.
