Conveniently located on Route 14A in the middle of the Wine region of the Finger Lakes, this home is perfectly located to tour and explore the area. It can also serve as a relaxing base for wedding parties using multiple local wedding venues. Enjoy cozy movie viewings from the comfort of the spacious living room's soft seating. Engage in some playful competition over a game of chess under the glow of the library's lamps, or any of the many games for all ages in the living room or the huge recreation room. When hunger arises, head for the well-equipped kitchen and play chef amongst the full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
