I love how close my neighborhood is to everything! Like the Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, The Beverly Center, The Grove, Cedars Sinai Hospital, West Hollywood Nightlife, Runyon Canyon for Hiking, Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Hollywood Hills, the film Studios, you name it! There are lots of places to see and walkable to when you stay in this neighborhood! I also love the fact that there are so many upscale restaurants you can walk to! Lots of celebrity sightings at my local grocery store and more!

We absolutely love to travel, in fact, we just got back from Venice, Italy recently! We love to travel to Fiji, Paris, France, Australia and all over the United States! We love good music, food, culture, meeting different and interesting people and making people smile! :-)

This ultra luxurious property is 1400 sqft, soundproof windows, very large living room, dining room, Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom / Office, two full bathrooms, two parking spaces in a gated garage, charging station for and electric vehicle, washer and dryer that are coin operated, rooftop deck, you can mail letters right from the lobby and the building is gated.
