Spacious & Modern Private room with Shared washroom, 43 inch HDTV, WiFi, Shared kitchen. The fully furnished room is ready for your stay. Features include: - 1 Queen bed with a Luxury Foam mattress - 43 inch Smart TV - Window AC - Fridge, Freezer (in kitchen) - Oven, Stove, Microwave (in kitchen) - Coffee Machine (in kitchen) - Cookware, plates, utensils, cups, glasses (in kitchen) - Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher (in kitchen) - Wireless Internet (WiFi) - Iron and ironing board - Shower, towels, soap, shampoo - Cleaning supplies - Private Parking is available - IMPORTANT: There are steep stairs to the main house entrance Guest access - The guest can access without host with touch tone key lock. The number will be released to the guest close to their arrival date -Your room directions will be provided in the instructions. You will also have access to a shared bathroom & shared kitchen. -Laundry room is on the main floor- laundry hours are from 6pm-10pm - Kitchen is fully equipped and will be shared by other people. Your room is spacious to have a desk, bed, Smart TV, drawers. Other things to note There are other guests in the house and you are expected to be considerate about other guests' quiet time between 10 pm to 8 am. Being respectful and considerate is essential for this house. After using dishes, please put them back in their cabinet instead of leaving on the countertop. No shoes inside the house. Laundry hours are from 6pm to 10pm daily.
