Hello travelers near and far! I am one of several locals that take care of four vacation homes here in Three Rivers. I run a pretty tight ship so that you, as our guests, are taken care of! The houses are set up nice for you. They are well equipped, comfortable and always consistently clean. More than that, once you are booked and we can communicate, I will provide you with lots of local and Park information all timed to assist in helping you make the most of your visit to “our neck of the woods”, pun intended. On your way into the great town of Three Rivers you’ll already know where everything is that you might need in the way of supplies, gas, food and beverage too. Once inside the home you’ll find maps and tips; both local and for the Park. Short and to the point maps for trails that you can hike both in the summer and winter. As well as a 3R map for the best places to go out for meals. Book with us, you won’t be disappointed!

Blue Jay Paradise property is a full acre of land up a very short dead end drive. With only 3 other homes on Oak Dr. (and none are close) it is quiet & private. Nestled in the hills right in the center of Three Rivers and yet the Blue Jay Paradise is conveniently located only 3.7 miles from the Park entrance. The "Blue Jay" is nestled in the great little town of Three Rivers located in the foothills below the Sequoia National Forest. With a population of about 2800, 3R has little-to-no crime. Heck we don’t even have stop lights :) Three Rivers is known as the gateway town for the Ash Mountain Main Entrance to Sequoia-Kings Canyon National Park home of the largest living things on earth; the Giant Sequoia trees. Find it half-way between Los Angeles and San Francisco then east of Visalia on hwy 198. The Blue Jay Paradise is a great mountain getaway, for sure.
