Walk right out your back door and down the complex's private boardwalk to the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast. As you walk into the open concept living you'll be wowed by the Gulf views. The living area is ready for comfort with a large sectional and oversized chair. Right off the living area is also a coffee bar with Keurig. Makes it easy to grab a cup of coffee in the morning and head out to catch a sunrise on the patio. The dining area has seating for 6 and there is also more seating outside for dining al fresco. The 1st bedroom is downstairs while the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs along with the washer and dryer. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with shower. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Twin daybed. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV and private balcony.
