Boasting some of the best ocean views in Lincoln City, this spacious coastal retreat is just waiting to assist in making the best memories with loved ones. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by a bright interior with views of the water from nearly every room, modern furnishings, and a wonderful deck featuring a private hot tub to soak in bliss each night. After full days on the sand or exploring town, downtime at home base will be a blast with the game room in the garage complete with a ping-pong table, foosball table, flatscreen TV, and home gym! When everyone builds up an appetite, the chef of the group will be in paradise with the gourmet kitchen complete with a gas range, high-end espresso machine, stainless steel appliances, island bar seating, and all of the tools needed to whip up tasty meals. And, everyone will love sitting at the spacious dining table or kicking back in the living area on the plush sofa for casual movie nights with the whole gang. This home is comprised of three spacious floors, so no one will have trouble finding their own piece of paradise. The lowest floor is home to two bedrooms with king beds, a full bathroom, the laundry room, and a desk for remote work. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining with the kitchen, main living room, a bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. The top floor will be a hit for the kiddos, as one bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, a flatscreen TV with a gaming console, and a sofa. The last bedroom has a king bed, wonderful sunroom, mounted flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub.
