Please note: The property is located in Myrtle Beach, not North Myrtle Beach • Free off-street parking • There is a smoking area downstairs of the building • No motorcycles/ bicycles are allowed in the property. • Grilling is prohibited All long-term guests (20 and more days) will be required to pay a damage deposit of 500 • A new pier is currently under construction near the property. This project is expected to continue through some time in 2026. While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur.
