Need to know the hottest restaurants, or about the happening music scene? I’m your gal. You likely won’t see me during your stay, as we have an electronic lock that you’ll get a code for. (No keys to lose!!) But myself and my partner, as well as our cleaning and maintenance crew are only a phone call or message away!

This gorgeous three bedroom townhouse is the perfect spot for families to gather for OSU game days and holidays. It’s a new construction, on the north end of town, close to the hospital, grocery, and restaurants. It has a small outdoor patio with a charcoal grill and a full kitchen with gas and stainless steel appliances. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a king in one, and a queen sized bed in each of the other two The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an additional bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub, and a half bathroom in the downstairs. There in an additional queen sized, thick floor mattress that can be used in the living room. There is also a Pack n Play, for the smallest family members. There is central AC and heating throughout the home. Underneath the stairs, is a “Harry Potter closet,” which has been transitioned into a small kids’ hangout nook. The garage has space for one vehicle, and there is a spot in front of the garage for one extra vehicle. We can not accommodate more than two vehicles. Any extras will need to find public parking off-site, as there is no on-street parking around the complex. No pets. No smoking. We welcome all races, ethnicities, genders, orientations, religions. Long and medium term renters are also welcomed to this beautifully furnished home. The home has 16 stairs to get to the second floor, where all of the bedrooms are. Production and photography bookings are allowed, with an extra Production Fee and insurance. Please inquire. Upon booking, you will be asked to provide ID, an email address, to sign a Renter’s Agreement, submit a refundable damages deposit hold, and list your vehicle information.
