A row of Adirondack chairs welcomes you and your guests for waterfront living. Dual fireplaces on either side of the living room provide plenty of toasty home comfort for group gatherings. The smart TV sets the stage for family movie nights. The loft living space offers a cozy nook for quiet reading. The full kitchen includes all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils you'll need for easy meal prep. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. As a courtesy to the neighbors of this home, please only park in the designated parking.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
