Located just minutes from the heart of Boone, this home is convenient to delicious restaurants, unique local shopping, and necessities such as grocery stores and gas stations. Within a 20 minutes drive, there is access to an abundance of Blue Ridge favorites- Appalachian Ski Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park, Sky Valley Zipline Tours, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Vineyard and Winery, the Tanger Outlets Shopping Mall of Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis Community Park, and many more! The spacious porch at Boots Off Bungalow overlooks a sweeping mountain landscape, with rocking chairs and a porch swing to take in the view. There is an outdoor bar area with seating for 2 overlooking the mountains, along with a large hot tub, which is the perfect way to relax after a long day of High Country adventures. Inside the cabin, tongue-and-groove wood walls and leather furniture create a warm and rustic atmosphere. The living room is two stories tall and is centered around a wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is adjacent to the dining area, with seating for 6. Upstairs, the loft is equipped with comfy seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a game system for additional entertainment space. The king bed master suite is upstairs and has a TV and private full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. On the main level, there are two bedrooms. The first is a queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV, and the second bedroom has two full beds to sleep up to 4 guests. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level of the home boasts a fantastic game space with a pool table. There is also a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a half bathroom.
