Brand New Construction! This is a beautiful guest house in the heart of Mar Vista, Venice adjacent. Private entry, stand alone unit with a private patio and grill. The unit is super bright, and has everything you need for your stay. Washer dryer in unit, brand new appliances, dishwasher, memory foam mattress, and 9 foot ceilings. This unit has a countertop oven and hot plate (no stove top). Direct access from the street. Ample unrestricted street parking. Furniture in photos may differ from furniture in unit
