Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. Well-equipped with WiFi, Roku Televisions, two desks & rising coffee table, full-kitchen, pack-n-play, pull-out sofa, games, fire-pit, screened lanai with furniture, & enjoy the beautiful sunset! You may even be visited by our Sandhill Crane family!

A quiet 9-pond neighborhood with plenty of scenic places to walk & benches to sit & relax. Set back in the neighborhood enough to be quiet & feel separated from the town but central enough to be close to anything your heart may desire to include a large shopping mall, gyms, all major highways, & grocery stores. Getting around is easy by car. You can walk to the nearest bus stop which is .8 miles or an approximately an 18 minute walk away at the intersection of Providence Rd. & Providence Ridge Blvd. Parking may be side-by-side in the driveway &/or a single vehicle in the garage. Free street parking is available as well.
