Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • There is a playpen, and umbrella stroller available for guest use. • Pet friendly! Maximum 1 pet, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional flat pet fee of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
