Spacious top-floor VIP penthouse with ocean and Intracoastal views, private elevator entry, and high ceilings. The unit features an open-plan kitchen, dining area for six with bar seating, and a bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. The penthouse offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a primary suite with a king-size bed, balcony access, and a soaking tub. A private washer and dryer are available in the unit. Guests have access to resort-style amenities, including a waterfront pool, fitness center, and beach shuttle. Beach service with lounge chairs and an umbrella is included in the nightly resort fee (subject to availability). UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES: (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): 1. Resort Fee 30 USD + tax per night* 2. Valet Parking 28 USD + tax per night 3. Security Deposit of 250 USD to cover any incidental costs in your unit. *Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included Additionally, all guests will be required to sign a check-in form upon arrival. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of 500 USD. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. - To maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage, please keep windows and doors shut. Hallandale Beach is a great town that sits squarely between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offering the best of each city only minutes away in a car. The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru which sits right on the Beach next to the building beach service area. Prefer not to walk? No problem! FREE shuttle (3 min ride) is included to Hollywood Beach, Aventura mall, Gulfstream Park Racetrack and Casino!
